Baxter is the first interactive production robot offered by Rethink Robotics with safety and streamlined programming built-in. Its various sensors and hardware allow it to perform actions requiring high flexiblity while remaining extremely safe to humans. Its 7 degree-of-freedom arms and powerful ROS software suite make it powerful and easy to use. Baxter was designed by Rethink with research and the STEM field in mind.
