Install Teletype (collaborative text editing) for Atom

Tested on Ubuntu 18.04

Open Atom
In the "Welcome Guide" tab click on "Install a Package"
Click on Open Installer
Search for "Teletype"
Click Install on the Teletype option
To use Teletype you must sign into GitHub
